Shipping and Delivery Policy

Additional shipping charges apply to larger items. These include; bull bars, nudge bars, side steps and brush bars, roof racks, roof-top tents and tow-bars. After your order is placed, a customer service representative will contact you to confirm the shipping surcharge and arrange payment.

WHERE do we deliver?
Anywhere in Australia + to most countries.
Small items (under 2 kgs) can be delivered to PO Boxes. Larger items require a street adddress.

WHEN do we despatch?
Within 12-24 business hours of order payment receipt.

Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm.

WHAT process do we use for providing shipping information?
Once you've made your purchase, a confirmation is sent to your email address.

All items are shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt, except on weekends or as mutually agreed.

You may pick up your order from Campbellfield, Rocklea or Moorebank warehouses at no additional fee. Please contact us to confirm stock availability. Government issued ID is required for pick up.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

CHANGED YOUR MIND?

No problem! You may return or exchange any product within 30 days, as long as the item is in resalable condition and is returned in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the original and return shipping charges. If your original purchase price includes shipping, please contact us to confirm the original shipping cost. A refund, credit or replacement will be issued after we have received the package and confirm the item is in resalable condition.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM?

The item needs to be returned. We will pay for return shipping costs. The item will then be replaced or a full refund or credit provided, including shipping cost. Please contact us ASAP if you would like to make a claim.

If the product is damaged during installation, we are not responsible and will not issue a refund or credit. When you have received your package, please inspect your product for any manufacturer defects or shipping damage prior to installation. If you notice any damages or defects, please contact us ASAP. Before sending any returns or exchanges, please contact our customer service representatives via email enquiries@ocam.com.au. Please include your order number, specific description of damage/problem, photographs, and clear explanation of your reason. If the return is authorised, you will receive an email with return instructions. All emails will be replied within 24 business hours.
