Shipping and Delivery Policy

All products are shipped by Australia Post as Regular Post with signature on delivery and insurance for the value of the item, again there is an express option, just contact our office and we can organise this for you.

Customer Service Policy

Every product is made to order in our Australian based workshop, once your order has been put though it generally takes 1-4 week for you to receive your order. Although we do offer a priority jump the queue fee if you need the awning quickly.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Warranty

Budget Bedflys has a 12 month manufacturing warranty available for all our products.

this warranty includes;

Stitching
eyelets coming out
clips coming out
Unfortunately warranty does not cover the use of Truck wash on any of our products, as this damages the material we use and removes the protective coating.

Warranty also does not cover the damage the product retains during the shipping process eg.(clips getting damaged), if for any reason the product is damaged during this process please contact our office and we can start an insurance claim through Australia Post. Please note that this proccess can take 10-15 working days to complete and will require you to take the product and original packaging to the nearest corporate Australia Post to fill in a customer complaints form.

Returns

If for any reason you need to return an item that has been purchased with us, (due to an error made by us) please be aware that we will only take it back within 30 days of purchase and you will need to keep your receipt so that we can refund it back into your bank account. Otherwise we can offer an exchange for another item at the same value.

Please Note: any returns or alterations required are at your own cost, unless we are at fault. Please return your product/s to your nearest Australia Post outlet and post it to our depot in the original packageing that it was sent to you in or the nearest equivent, send to Budget Bedflys Po Box 471 KINGAROY QLD 4610. We will also require that the product needs to be in the same condition that you received it in, if the product/s are not then unfortunately we cannot refund you the price of the item. You will also need to be aware that we can not refund any product if you are unhappy with your colour choice.
