We use Australia Post e-Parcel service for our postage requirements and Fastway Couriers for our courier service.
Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive an email notification featuring an Australia Post tracking number or a Fastway label Number.

Please allow 2-3 business days for metropolitan deliveries. Rural customers should allow an extra 1-2 business days for delivery.
These delivery times are provided by Australia Post and Fastway. They are an estimate only. We cannot be held liable for any deliveries which fall outside these times.

We do not offer deliveries outside of Australia at present.
We offer FAST, FREE DELIVERY on special occasions to most addresses in mainland Australia including mainland Tasmania. Unfortunately, due to the remoteness of some areas there are some out-of-the-way places we can't offer free delivery.

Exchange, Returns, and Refunds Policy
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
1. You may return your product within 30 days of us dispatching your purchase to you provided that products returned are in the original unopened packaging and the packaging must not be damaged.
2. Any opened packaging will not be accepted to be returned.
3. Under no circumstances will we refund monies before we have received your product back to our premises and checked it as being in the original unopened and undamaged packaging.
4. All returns are subject to a $ 20.00 administration fee which you authorize us to be deducted off the balance to be refunded to you.
5. We may refund by cheque, credit card or PayPal.
6. Refunds take approximately 4-6 weeks to process by cheque, approximately 5-10 days by credit card and approximately 2-3 days by PayPal.
7. Store Purchases must be returned to the store with your proof of purchase.
8. Online purchases must be returned to one of the following stores with your proof of purchase:

9. We will not refund any postal costs of you returning the product to us.
